The referral process used by Medical Justice was typical of many organisations: people were required to complete a form (in this case a lengthy Word document) and then email or post it. Forms were often incomplete, requiring calls and research to fill in the gaps. The process was lengthy and time consuming.
We solved all these problems with an online form that integrates directly with their back office systems. Now, every incoming referral is guaranteed to include the information that enables Medical Justice to progress the referral and data is automatically copied to a database so that information does not have to be re-keyed. Statistics can be produced on referral histories, and automatic email notifications to Medical Justice, and the referral, create a fantasic customer experience.
