In the summer of 2007, we were approached by University for the Creative Arts
(UCA) to tailor Caseworker Connect to meet the needs of their student
advice and advocacy services. The UCA project lead for Caseworker Connect
Student Services Edition, Stephen McAuliffe, sits on national board of the
Student Services Organisation - AMOSSHE - and suggested that there is a strong
requirement for this type of product in this sector. Hence, Caseworker
Connect Student Services Edition was born. The software is installed at UCA, Kent Union, and the International Students
Office at Leeds University, and is currenty under evaluation at more than ten institutions.
